Print2Process produce from any Windows application a PDF.

You can change the company background layer on a simple predefined way.
Connect to this PDF you generate a XML with the document content.
This XML will fit the needs of your bookkeeping application, no OCR, no manual typing!

Print2Process does more then only making your invoice workflow efficient.
You can check for example quotations on their completeness as your terms and conditions.
It’s possible to send information to your CRM system for archiving and follow up situations.

Print2Process is more than a printer!

Thanks to the transition to e-mail traffic, it’s not just the delivery format that changes.

Where before, the printer would put words to paper with traditional toner,
the electronic version, for instance to PDF, offers more options.

The first advantage is of course the paper tray, which no longer requires filling.
PDF generation offers infinite automation advantages that are impossible with paper.
A solution with unique innovation options!

We missed a building block in this transition:
A digital printer that can create a PDF in the desired house style from any application.
in a way that used to be taken care of by the traditional printer paper trays.
With this starting principle, the foundation for Print2Process was born.

Step two is the interpretation of information.
If you put data in a PDF, this information is already digital.
Then it’s just as easy to put this data in a structured XML.

Algorithms to discover text, tables and document structures were further developed.

Here we show you that we are able to compile a consolidated annual balance sheet from an annual report PDF.
So far, EasyData is unique in the use of this technology.
We apply this – in various forms and data analyses – for our clients.

This technology is also incorporated into Print2Process.
A table of information can be exported to XML, Excel or any desired format whatsoever.
An invoice with order lines, VAT rates and other exceptions will result in a correct XML.

So far, we have discussed outgoing documents,
but what about incoming documents?

This technology is applied equally well to incoming documents.
Incoming e-mails are classified based on their contents:
Is it an invoice, order, timesheet or other type of document?

Thanks to its perfect table recognition, Print2Process can process automatic orders very well.
Virtually printed output can be check with Business Rules on correctness.

We are learning about more applications through dialogue with the client.
